This book really is amazing and it should be noted that you don’t have to be an athlete to take a lot of points from it’s author. No matter what you are doing in life right now you can be doing it better and inside Champion’s Mind you will take a backseat ride into specific techniques that huge winners use in their daily life to train and how to think properly.
Mindset is the biggest hurdle no matter what you are shooting for and you MUST have a WINNERS mindset, and a thought of winning. The biggest thing that I took away in terms of a saying was that “If you’re going in to the game/life/business not to lose, well, you’ll end up losing twice and everything is always on the line, but if you enter into it to win the gold, there is NOTHING to lose by doing so and you’re mind set will have you acting different towards your goal… One is of stress and the other is of a challenge that brings you fulfillment”.
I highly recommend Champion’s Mind for any athlete, employee, manager or boss/CEO’s library.
